And if you call our 24-hour Michigan based Call Center for service, we will be back to handle these repairs at no cost to you. And if your automatic ice machines are not able to be fixed within 3-6 hours, we will deliver complimentary bagged ice in the interim. Don’t worry again about warranty documentation or long term commitments; they are a thing of the past because we handle those as well.
