Our mission is to provide your business with the most reliable source of on-site commercial ice makers, bins and dispensers available in the market today with no capital investment, no long term contract, no hassles, at a great price, delivered with exceptional customer service.

Our Partners

We have partnered with two of the biggest names in the ice business: Hoshizaki and Reddy Ice. Hoshizaki, recognized across industries for the quality and reliability of their products, is the preferred provider of ice machines, bins and dispensers for Easy Ice. Reddy Ice, an investor and partner, and many of their distributors are authorized sellers of the Easy Ice Subscription Plans. In addition, they provide installation, maintenance and repair services for Easy Ice machines across a broad geography while also providing emergency and peak demand packaged ice for many of our customers, either directly or through their distributor network.

Our Model

Easy Ice is the first and only national provider of month-to-month subscriptions for Hoshizaki commercial ice makers and bins. Our subscription plan is the new, better alternative to buying or leasing. We handle everything for a fixed monthly fee based on the ice capacity you need for your business – starting as low as $125 per month. We offer new Hoshizaki ice machines ranging in size from 250 to 1900 lbs/day. Our machines are used on bins, fountain dispensers, hotel ice dispensers and ice & water dispensers. We take full operational responsibility for your ice makers, bins and ice dispensers – all at no additional cost to you. We handle installation, PM, cleaning, filters, warranty claims, everything. And best of all, our 24 hour/day, 365 day/year U.S.-based Call Center is here when you need us – even after hours, and on weekends and holidays. We were previously known as Ice in the Bin. Our new nationwide reach and focus compelled us to change our name to better reflect who we are, what we do and where we are headed.
