Looking back on years of owning an ice maker, they also realized that any “out-of-pocket” cash savings they achieved – literally loose change – paled in comparison to the waste of their time, their staff’s time, and the negative impact on the customer experience their ice machine caused.
When it comes to new businesses, Easy Ice has been very successful in working with experienced business owners who are starting a new business. Our subscription service requires Easy Ice to incur significant capital and related startup costs, so our customers don’t have to. That makes it critical for us to invest in experienced operators that have a year-round critical requirement for ice.
In order to mitigate the risks of new businesses, we may require a longer commitment than our standard 30-day cancellation agreement. We also reserve the right to decline to work with businesses that limit our ability to provide excellent service, such as after-hours clubs. Our local service technicians will do their best to work with each customers, while maintaining our commitment to excellent service.
If your business only needs ice seasonally, unfortunately we are not your solution. Subscriptions are for businesses that depend on ice year-round.
