Ice Types
Crescent and Cubelet Ice are widely used in food and banquet service, at restaurants and bars, at hotels and hospitals, at convenience and fast food establishments and for ice retailing and ice displays.

Crescent Cubes:
- Are an extremely versatile cube for use in many applications
- Are perfect for scooping or dispensing because of the unique shape which has a hard, smooth texture and proves resistant to clumping
- Provide the maximum cooling available with the 98% ice:water ratio to prevent watered down beverages and rapidly melting displays
- Offer less splashing and thus less waste since liquids poured from a dispenser or bottle flow more easily over this ideal shape
- Are crystal clear as a result of the evaporator design and so are ideal for food presentations and clear beverages
- Offer excellent displacement and therefore increased profits
- Are dense and hard offering extended cooling time
Cubelets:
- Are another extremely versatile shape for use in numerous applications, and especially dispenser units
- Cubelet ice is dry, soft and easy to chew
- Are easy to dispense
- Are slow to melt and provides faster and longer cooling of beverages
