How it works

Ice machine subscriptions eliminate capital investment on a non-producing asset as well as the unquantifiable hassle of maintaining the machine. The flat monthly subscription rate is an affordable option and includes U.S.-based customer service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The pay-as-you-go subscription on our ice machines, bins and dispensers includes:

• Installation
• Preventive maintenance
• Repair parts and labor
• Water filter changes
• Emergency ice

Unlike a lease, Easy Ice offers subscribers the option to increase or decrease the capacity of their ice maker once a year with no penalty. Customers can also terminate their subscription with a 30-day notice.

About the equipment

Easy Ice supplies Hoshizaki commercial ice makers ranging in ice production size from 250 to 1,900 pounds per day. We carry modular ice machines that can be placed on bins, fountain dispensers, hotel ice dispensers and ice & water dispensers, as well as units with built-in bins. Our Hoshizaki bins range in capacity from 300 to 900 pounds. Through a strategic partnership with Hoshizaki, we are also able to offer subscribers the highest level of manufacturer support.
