Summer Thyme Partying Like It’s…1959!

Thyme is on Our Side Jell-O Ice Cubes
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Freeze Time: 60 minutes
Total Time: 80 minutes
Yield: 40 – 50 ice cubes
3; 3oz boxes green Lime Jell-O containing sugar
1 lime, juiced and zested
2-1/2 cups gin
3 Tablespoons fresh thyme, stems removed
3-1/3 cups water
Bring the water to a boil and remove from heat. Slowly stir in thyme, lime, and the Jell-O until dissolved.
Wait 3 minutes, and then stir in the gin.
Pour into individual ice cube trays and freeze.
Use as a nifty addition to your bar for summer time fun!
