Refurb Technician in Shawnee, KS

Ice-Master’s, an Easy Ice company, continues to grow and seeks a Refurb Technician to join our team in Shawnee, KS. The Refurb Technician is responsible for the refurbishment and repair activities on ice machines. In this position, you will work closely with the Refurb Lead and the Technical Services team. This candidate must be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who is able to establish both internal and external relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adequate levels of equipment are ready for quick turnaround and shipping
  • Ensure refurb and repair work is completed to Easy Ice standards and is properly documented
  • Work alongside the Service Delivery team and Logistics team to ensure the best workflow
  • Accomplish daily refurb tasks in a timely and efficient manner with an emphasis on quality
  • Ensure warehouse meets standards required by law
  • Responsible for sourcing equipment and making sure adequate supplies are available
  • Responsible for identifying equipment to scrap

Position Qualifications:

  • Education: Two years of professional experience in the HVAC field, preferred
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience, required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
