Before calling for service please check the following:
- Is there power to the ice machine? Any power outages, breaker issues or has machine been unplugged within last 48 hours?
- Is water on or has it been shut off within last 48 hours?
- Is the drain clogged by foreign material?
- Is there a large influx of clients causing more ice to be used than normal?
- Is the room where the equipment suddenly extremely hot or cold?
Report Equipment Problem
Simply call 1-866-easyice . Our call center is staffed 24/365 to assist you if your machine is malfunctioning. A friendly representative will quickly diagnose your service needs and ensure your ice needs will be met.
If we’re unable to get a technician to you quickly, we handle the Breakdown Ice (replacement ice) until the ice machine is fixed. In some cities we are able to deliver food-quality bagged ice directly to your door. In other cities, Easy Ice reimburses you for bagged ice. Either way, we have you covered and guarantee ice in your bin!

We offer complete flexibility to meet the growing needs of your operation. All we require to upgrade is new paperwork to be completed along with a one-time service charge equal to one month’s subscription fee to upgrade your ice machine. We doubt this will happen. But if you wish to cancel for any reason, just call our 24/365 toll free number or visit our website to let us know your plans. We will remove the ice machine, no questions asked. Most subscriptions, for qualified customers, offer a penalty-free cancellation with only 30 days advance notice.
