This Hoshizaki F-1002MAJ ice machine has a 2 second flush cycle that initiates every hour. This system flushes out high mineral water and particulates that cloud ice cubes. Its stainless-steel auger features a grease less bearing design which is easy to clean and service. The F-1002 comes with an infrared bin control that uses a beam of infrared light to monitor the amount of ice in your bin.
