Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ Stackable Water Cooled Crescent Ice Machine

1,247 lbs/day

The Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ ice machine is part of a series of very versatile “stackable” crescent ice makers. At 48″ long, the KM-1301MWJ can support the weight of an additional unit. The ice production and drop zones designs ensure unimpeded “fall through” of the ice harvested from the upper unit, allowing for simple installation. With a production output of up to 1247 lbs/24 hours, the Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ ice machine allows you to keep up with even the thirstiest of patrons! All KM models produce unique crescent style ice which is hard, clear, and slow melting. Each cube forms and drops individually eliminating bridging which causes cubes to stick together. Crescent ice also reduces splashes and spills. Liquids to flow over the cubes rather than hitting a flat surface. Finally, crescent Ice can fit into glassware better than other cubes. The lack of space between the cubes allows drinks to stand taller in a glass. Crescent cubes have been shown to save up to 15 percent on drink yields. Hoshizaki water cooled ice machines use water to cool internal components rather than air. A great solution for low ventilation workplaces.
