Hoshizaki KM-1301SRJ Stackable Remote Cooled Crescent Ice Machine
The Hoshizaki KM-1301SRJ ice machine is part of a series of very versatile stackable crescent ice makers. Remote condensers eliminate heat and sound typically produced by all ice machines. The KM-1301SRJ ice machine allows for two units installed on top of one another, doubling your ice production. Ice falls through the lower unit, allowing for simple installation. With a production output of up to 1400 lbs/24 hours, the Hoshizaki KM-1301SRJ ice machine has plenty of ice to serve your customers. Hoshizaki’s crescent style ice is hard, clear, and slow melting. Cubes drop individually, so they don’t clump in the bin. The crescent design reduces splashes and spills, allowing liquid to flow over the cubes into glassware. Finally, crescent Ice can fit into glassware better than other cubes. The lack of space between the cubes allows drinks to stand taller in a glass. Crescent cubes have been shown to save up to 15 percent on drink yields.
