Phoenix is a sprawling metropolis and home to favorite professional sports teams, MBL’s Diamondbacks and NBA’s Suns as well as minor league baseball and roller derby. Students, families, snow-birds and retirees populate Phoenix and surrounding areas like Glendale and swanky resort town, Scottsdale.
Phoenix is always a busy place, but during the last week of January and the first weekend in February 2015, the buzz is greater with the SuperBowl and PGA Phoenix Open in town.
If you’re visiting Phoenix for the big game, golf tournament, or if you live here, Phoenix offers an array of excellent dining adventures. We’ve put together a list of some of our favorite restaurants in Phoenix that you’ll want to try when you’re in town. Not only are these some of the highest-rated restaurants in their categories, but they’re also customers of ours.
Good news: Businesses that use Easy Ice serve clean, fresh, safe ice. We professionally deep clean the ice machines twice per year as well as maintain and service the ice machines we install. Clean ice is just as important as safe food and can cause the same food-borne illnesses.
This list will help you find the breakfast, lunch, or dinner you’re craving! In alphabetical order:
Cafe Rumba
5940 W Union Hills Drive, Glendale
http://www.caferumba.net/
Cafe Rumba boasts a unique blend of traditional Mexican flavors combined with a fresh tropical twist. We use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients from the USDA choice meats that are marinated and slow-roasted for up to 16 hours, to our own fresh cooked flour tortillas. Our beans have no lard or added fat, and we use olive oil to cook our meats. Everything is fresh and healthy.
Our large selection of salsas and guacamole are made fresh daily in our open kitchen. At Cafe Rumba, our menu is on the wall as a work of art but serves as only a suggestion to the hundreds of possible combinations you can create for your meal.
